Such a simple, delicious cinnamon butter cookie, that it’s hard to just eat one. This is a cookie that my mom has been baking for as long as I can remember, and they are totally addicting.
The recipe is a Land-O-Lakes butter cookie, rolled in cinnamon and sugar. The butter cookie dough is rolled out in to a log shape and then curved into a crescent shape on a baking sheet.
By the time the holidays rolled around we had made over 1000 cookies. That’s over 83 dozen! Can you imagine?

These are the only baking sheets I now use to make cookies on because they make cookies come out perfectly, not to mention anything else that you bake and don’t want to stick.
I know these Cinnamon Crescent Butter Cookies are not intended for a healthy breakfast, but I have to say that they go really well with a morning cup of coffee. So may I suggest you try them with your second cup of coffee after your healthy breakfast. 🙂 ENJOY!
